Urea DEF Added to the Diesel Fuel by Mistake
Thomas School Bus, Cummins 6.7L Engine damaged due to the customer or? having added UREA DEF to the Diesel Fuel rather than the DEF Tank.
Extent of the damage was high, total repair cost was greater than 26K.
Do you have plan in place to prevent this from happening at your location?
